The Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong, in partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, BC Government and Ontario Government is pleased to invite Canadian companies to apply to join the Canadian Environment & Green Building Trade Mission to Hong Kong from October 26-31.
This mission is supported by the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association, Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Environment Industry Association.
Who should participate:
Ontario companies which are involved in cleantech, environmental and green building technologies, products and services with strong interest and plans to expand their business to Hong Kong, the Mainland China and the broader Asian region.
Sector: Air pollution control; Solid waste management/treatment/recycling; Water/wastewater management/treatment; Energy efficiency in building/industrial process; Green building design/products and engineering services.
What does the mission offer?
The mission is an opportunity for Canadian companies interested in the Hong Kong environmental protection and green building market to learn about the market developments, obtain latest industry information on new projects, meet key players and find potential business partners in Asia.

1. the Shared Canadian Pavilion (Max 3sq m booth space per company) at the Eco Expo Asia 2013 at the Asia-World Expo in Hong Kong - an ideal platform for delegates to meet with industry players and potential clients from China, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific for exploring business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Special Partnering Program – a Business Partnering and Networking Event organized by the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong exclusively for Canadian participants with key local contacts on the margins of the Eco Expo Asia 2013. Includes pre-arranged one on one business matching.
There is only a CAD$300 registration fee for companies to join. Delegates are responsible for their own airfare, hotel, travel, and personal expenses. Applications are subject to the approval of the organizers.
