This two-day, in-person workshop, is designed specifically for municipal staff, developers, planners and consultants working on infill, brownfield, and contaminated site redevelopment in Ontario. Successfully advancing contaminated and underutilized sites requires more than technical expertise. It requires clarity on municipal roles, regulatory expectations, risk management, budgeting, incentives, infrastructure coordination, and long-term site responsibilities.
